NJPIRG Staff
Heather Plante joined NJPIRG as an AmeriCorps member in September 2008 at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. After working with New Jersey Community Water Watch she worked to start Energy Service Corps, a joint program with NJPIRG and Americorps in New Jersey. As an organizer with Energy Service Corps she worked with college students to help educate over 2,000 students across the state. She continued on as a NJPIRG Campus Organizer until moving into the Administrative Director position in December 2009. Heather graduated from Rutgers University in 2008.
